Thank you so much Jessica I’ve been following you for about a year and a half if not longer I had lower back pain and started doing your 10 minute stretches for back pain in my back pain is gone then recently I had a lot of pain in my left hip that went down to my knee so I started doing this hip stretching routine every day for the past two weeks and my pain is gone thank you so much for these workouts it’s really helped me and I truly believe exercise and stretching is the best medicine! So glad I found you!

I developed a headache through the night last night. I was cold when I went to bed so I did not change into night clothes and, alas, I had on a quilted shirt/jacket with a collar. That collar restricted lymph flow at my neck, plus I still had my bra on. BAD MIX. I stretched neck muscles while standing on an acupressure mat, which sometimes helps, did not help today. So I did an 8-minute hip, quad, stretch routine that I just bought yesterday and after I did this yesterday I felt really good. So I eagerly went back and did it today and my headache went away. His stretches are now felt when I climb my stair case! Later, now, I saw Jessica's workout on my youtube feed, so I did this workout, too. I knew you would be stretching us differently and you did. If anyone gets headaches or migraines, your body is too tight. Start to loosen it. Start thinking out of the box and just stretch. Stretch everything.
