Whoa that was amazing. Just lost my dad after a crazy stressful 6 month struggle with cancer. My family is forcing me to learn to meditate and go yoga daily. Today was my first day in my 'meditation room' that I have never meditated in. A cup of tea, meditation in front of my window and this yoga excersise and I must say I feel very at ease for the first time in a long time. I hope I can keep it up. thank you!

This is great! Helped me relax. Like the fact you picked relatively simple movements and I was able to listen and follow along without having to look at the screen all the time. Thanks a lot!

I’m a senior in college and it’s finals week. I had a long and awful day, and the first thing I thought about when I got home was doing some relaxing yoga. Not only has yoga replaced things like food and self- loathing as my coping mechanism, but it grounded me tonight so that I could continue with my week. Thank you so much Sarah. Namaste 🙏🏻
