I’m doing these with my 6 year old daughter every morning and not only is it relaxing and something fun to do with her, it’s teaching her (and me!) to take some time to slow down every day

I’m going through depression and anxiety, although I do house chores and make myself busy with my cats, it’s really hard to go to the gym or even exercise at home like I used to do, your videos really motivate me to do gentle yoga and stretches and move my body without worrying .Thank you so much ❤

I started these with my 7 year old daughter before school. It helps her have such a much better day and me as well. Plus she keeps me motivated when I struggle to stick to it 😊
