I love that these workouts are less than 30 mins long. By the time I'm done combining and working out to multiple videos, I've exercised about 40 mins. Love it.

I like this video that you’re doing with us on the second round with less explanation of the form and more focus on the workout itself. So I can just listen to your voice and follow the workout without looking at the video for the next movement.

Great workout! I really felt it a lot in my core and legs. I have my legs off the ground while doing the Russian twists. 😊

I think its all about getting up getting dressed and getting the workout EVERY MORNING even when its cold

I enjoy following your workout. This may be a stupid question but is it typical to feel like a tingling sensation in the entire back of legs to sacrum when doing leg raises as both legs are going up? There's no pain or numbness.
