Join me for another intense walking workout! This time we are focusing on those abs by incorporating a number of all standing exercises that will engage your core and help you burn lots of calories, all with a mix of walking/ step type exercises.

Please remember that you cannot spot reduce fat, and to see real results, you need to stay consistent with your exercise regime and remain in calorie deficit.
As with all of my walking workouts, this is not to the beat workout. I give my absolute best in any workouts, and thus I do not want the music to slow me down.
But enough of this!

This is an instant favorite! Love this format. Lots of new moves that target the whole body. Very high energy while keeping it low impact. 128 active calories, 145-155bpm. Great cardio step workout Olivia! Really appreciate the amount of thought and effort you put into all your workouts! 💚💚💚

I was thrown off by the off beat even with disclaimer but then I just got the move and looked away until the timer rang because I can't help but be on beat😂. Loved it.

I’m down 11 lbs mostly from changing my diet!! I’ve kept up with working out but was sick for a week, and had an injury in February. Still lost so much weight and kept it off more than I was working out. Walking helps a lot and adding more steps, So I need to get these workouts in daily! Even if I can’t lift weights with Caroline Girvan, This is a great alternative! I love cardio too.

I was working out but wasn’t exactly eating right, It’s amazing how a simple change can make a difference!

Awesome! I love your workouts and it's hard but I'm able to keep up with your fast body. It's a challenge and I truly enjoy it because I don't get outside much at least during the winter 🥶. Keep it up! 👌🏻❤️
