20 minute fat burning cardio walking workout to burn belly fat, get fit and increase heart health for longevity - walk at home for Beginners and women over 50. This at home workout will produce significant results in a shorter amount of time, especially in terms of fat loss. This can be encouraging for beginners who are eager to see progress.
Even though this cardio workout is intense, this can be modified to match your fitness level. Beginners can start with less strenuous intervals and gradually increase intensity as you become more comfortable. The afterburn effect of HIIT means that the body continues to burn calories at a higher rate even after the workout is finished. This is particularly beneficial for beginners looking to maximize fat loss and will quickly improve both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, helping beginners develop a strong foundation for further fitness pursuits.
Walking workouts are an excellent option for women over 50 and beginners looking to burn fat and improve overall health. However, it's essential to approach this workout with caution, especially if you're new to exercise or have any pre-existing health conditions.

Just did this work out and loved it. And I haven’t been 50 in 26 years so I’m proud of myself. I do have one request of you and all other workout videos when you’re older your joints may have issues. I’ve just had two Cortizone shots in my shoulders, and two gel shots in my knees, so anything that requires me to raise my arms up or do a squat can be difficult. I would love to see in your videos, not only a modification, but a specific modification for those of us, who maybe can’t raise our arms comfortably that way, or do a squat. I modify it myself, but I’m never really sure if my modification is the best

WOW I have had young onset Parkinson's disease for 13 years and at last I have a routine that doesn't see me tumble or stop. After completing this routine for a few weeks, I'll be checking out more of your exercises. Thank you a million times xxx

I just started watching your videos about two weeks ago. I just turned 55 and trying to take better care of my body. I love these videos and love seeing your sweet dog in the videos. ❤

You are amazing ❤ I started working out watching your videos nearly 6 weeks ago, first glow up challenge, then moved on to an older challenge, and today is the 10th day of summer body challenge! I am loosing weight, eating healthier, and today I noticed my hips are not aching anymore and weird klonk klonk sound is gone. I was so happy I rewarded myself doing some extra workout: this video and some 70s disco music dance workout 😂

I did it! Three days in a row now and I feel great! Thank you for these videos, the variety makes it easy to “want” to do them. I’ve commented on other videos that I was hopeful these exercises would not hurt my hips and knees and so far they haven’t. Thank you again for making these videos.
