This 20-minute indoor walking workout will help improve your cardiovascular health by getting your heart rate up with exercises that work your entire body including your legs, glutes, core, and upper body. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. It’s about 2000 steps.

Marching or walking in place is the foundation for this workout. These exercises will also work on your balance and coordination, which is important to prevent falls, the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries among seniors.

Please make sure to warm up before the workout and cooldown afterwards.

I am 71 and do your exercises daily. I have exercised all my life but have found recently that arthritis keeps me from doing high impact exercises. Your exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated with no drill sergeant screaming instructions! I love your mama! Keep up the good work! Thank you and hug your mama for me!!

I have been working out with you and your mom for a year. I'm 72 and we just returned from a 7 day trip to the Grand Canyon and 3 other locations. Because of your training and guidance and consistently following the workouts, I was able to hike a 100 foot high rocky trail to view ancient petroglyphs, hike over 30 miles and, as a surprise, loose 6 pounds. I honestly could not have done this before I started working out with you guys. THANK YOU APRIL and MOM. You really changed my life.

Weather permitting I can crack out a 15 minute mile on foot, but it's January and I needed something I could do in a tiny apartment on days I can't get outside. This is perfect.

I had moved on to the 15 min videos 2 days ago to continue to ramp up post-Covid, but I felt like I could do 20 minutes - and I did! I think I am improving more quickly because I had been doing your videos for 6 weeks prior to Covid and was up to 45-60 min videos.
