Some easy basic beginners yoga asanas to practice at home and start your journey towards good health...how does that sound? In this video I share with you few basic yoga poses that can be done by all age groups easily at home and will guarantee good health for everyone.

This is a 12 minute beginners yoga routine where I have focused on the very basic yoga poses keeping in mind beginners who want to go deeper into the realm of yoga. With offices and gyms mostly being closed, these yoga poses will help you strengthen, detox, develop focus all at the same time. Yoga can be done by everyone and it has no preset requirements. You just have to start somewhere and this video will help you to start your yoga journey. Also, this is a follow along video, so grab your mats and let’s do this together!! Also belated ‘Happy International Yoga Day’.

As it is the year end, you are one person I have to thank sincerely for having changed my life completely. Into my 30's and was thinking of some kind of exercise at home as the sedentary lifestyle and my body had started showing signs of focusing on health.Yoga was always in mind and had started searching for videos on youtube. But started to do after seeing your video that was apt for beginners, simple and gave the confidence to get started.And there is something about you that inspired me to incorporate better lifestyle.obviously it wasn't easy but as the year end I'm so grateful to you for showing this side of it.Its not only about physical asanas now but about a healthy way of life. I begin my journey of self improvement today and hope that it will continue for a month, 6 months or maybe a whole year. I really liked how the video had explanation of benefits of each pose. I did the yoga as I was watching it. When I did the tree pose I kept losing balance but I was encouraged how she said try and challenge the body. "Its about practice and not about perfection." Well said:)

Decided to do this video since today is International Yoga Day 2024. My Apple Watch says to do yoga for ten minutes and this is the video that I picked. The tree pose was my fave. It was extremely easy and my balance was perfect. Thank you!

Thank you. I used to practice Yoga in my thirties for several years and then stopped. I have been having back pain now that I am in my fifties, I decided to start to practice Yoga again. I am so glad for your channel to allow me to easily get back to my practice.
