This is day 21 of 30 days of yoga for peace of mind! This class is a restorative beginners yoga for hip flexibility sequence. If you are feeling a bit tense, feel free to use props like a pillow or block wherever and whenever you need. This gentle beginners yoga class can be done any time of the day however it is a great addition to your evening routine to help offer the mind and body some relaxation. In this class we will work through various beginners hip stretches to help increase leg flexibility.

Omg that was soooo relaxing wayyy faster than I thought it would be felt like 3 minutes not 10! I’m a flight attendant and trying to get my body back I’m no doing yoga first days of my flying I’m definitely subscribing!
