Join me for a 30 minute Morning Pilates Full Body Workout taught live. This routine will strengthen the core and release a tight back. Ideal if you have back ache, back pain or stiffness and feel the need to strengthen your abdominals. A perfect session for all ages and a great routine to condition the body for sport without putting the joints under pressure. Come and see what a focused pilates session can do for you.

After the session I stay online for 30 mins to do a Live Q & A where you can ask me anything! Pilates related of course. I give tips, advice and welcome the same from you. Our community is about taking care of each other, helping each other grow in wellbeing and wisdom and enjoying our fitness.

I found your channel a little over a year ago. I love your workouts and your cues. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease 2 1/2 years ago and your exercises are perfect for negating the forward posture associated with PD.
