I loved this Joe. I often only have 20 mins in the morning to train, so this was perfect. Would love more of these with weights 💪

Hey Joe! I did not have the time or energy for a long, high impact workout this morning so thought I’d give this a go and I’m so glad I did! Worked up a sweet and it felt hard. I use to do the workout whilst I was overweight and it excruciating and now that I have lost the weight it stills hard but as I hard it was! Loved the session!
