parfait, j'ai testé 3 vidéos, les bras, les jambes et celle-ci, vraiment bravo. Pas de chichi, pas de parlotte, on va à l'essentiel et surtout sans aucun saut ni sans se mettre au sol. Les exercices sont adaptés et le lendemain on sent vraiment nos muscles ! Bravo !
