Get ready for a good cardio burn! NO equipment needed today, just a sweat towel and some water! I am so excited to work with intensity and persistence with you! We are working tabata style with 4 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest per exercise! I want you to work with intensity today and know that you can do this 30 minute workout with 100% effort! Crush it with me!!

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

I actually cried the first time i did this exercise. it was so reassuring to here sydney encourage me and say as long as you put in your 100 percent, you should be proud of yoursefl and not beat yourself down for not being perfect. that was an amazing thing to hear i feel like i dont hear that often enough in my life. well long story short, this is has become my every morning workout and everyday im getting better. so grateful, keep up the good work.

I did it! This is the first workout I've done with this channel. I have a problem of getting very bored with working out, and this kept me entertained the whole way through! It was super hard, but I CRUSHED IT! After the halfway mark I had to start modifying the moves but I still gave it my all and this got my heart rate going crazy! Loved it, can't wait to tune in to another video tomorrow ! <3

Hi Sydney (and family), 4years after you posted this workout and 3 years without working out with you. I'm back, trying to recover. So i'm proud to say i finished it, i had to modify 2 exercises but i haven't given up. I have missed your workouts so much... I was so convinced that I would never make it again, like before.
