Today's 30 minute cardio workout can be done with no equipment so you can burn fat and improve your health from anywhere! There are 3 different HIIT circuits in today's full body workout and we will be repeating each one twice. I hope you enjoy it!!

I discovered Heather during this quarantine (raise your hand who discovered her too during these days). And OMG. LOVED EVERYTHING. The preview of the next move makes everything easier. Love that she doesn't talk during the whole workout, keeps you focused. Love the sound of the timer.

ONE OF THE BEST CARDIO HIIT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I have combined it with the 10 minutes abs or legs&butts, that does the perfect training for the day ☺ Thank you Heather for keeping me in shape during the lockdown!

Omg! I did it with full intensity and almost died lol
For those who wondering how much calories it burn. My Apple Watch showed me that I burned 237 calories. I am Asian, my height is 173, and weight is 58kg. Good luck to everyone! Definitely gonna do this workout again 👍👍

Killer!! My fitbit said I burned 503 calories. That's more than I burn on a half hour light jog. God bless you sis!

This was killer. I took a 20 minute in between and looked at fitness models for motivation lol. Then i went back and finished this workout. Im sweating bullets, which is good I love this workout.

OMG. I'm in decent shape and I workout 4-5 times a week and this kicked my ass. I had to take breaks lol i'll definitely be adding this to my routine.

I just started doing some of your workouts and trust they are awesome. I have lost about 7 pounds off of two videos! The 10 minute standing abs and the fat hiit burning cardio. i haven came across any HIIT workout videos that has absolutely killed me in so long. I constantly find the "intense" workout videos on youtube not enough but THIS ONE put me in tears thank you heather for this amazing workout
