This is everything I want in a workout. Clear timer, non invasive music, and no false encouragement. I do appreciate the thumbs up though.

I want to add that when you give the thumbs up after each exercise, it makes me feel like you’re saying good job. Which boosts my confidence to do the next one.

I did this workout everyday 4 times a week for 3 months went from 300lbs to 230 doing only this workout and of course caloric deficit and somewhat healthy eating 👍🏾😁

Did the 40 minute fat burn yesterday, that was a mistake, this was much more manageable albeit still punishing. Retired Marine, shot up to 200 lbs (I’m short) after kids, life, etc. I’m back in the 180’s with your help, and looking better than ever! Thank you! Thanks to my buddy Rambo for recommending you!

Guys if you don't see progress made in a week or less, don't discourage yourself keep on grinding, remember that the way that fat burning works is that when you do exercise or diet, if you create a calories deficit then the body i going to use fat for calories, but the cells that carry the fat will fill with water automatically to maintain the weight so if in a week you don't see the progress then keep grinding for a second week because that's when the fat cell start loosing that water weight and start shrinking, then you will see the true results💪💪💪

Just did this and was like “I’m gonna stop at 15-20 minutes”, but I ended up pulling through the whole thing! I would recommend this for anyone questioning themselves. It’s a tough one but you got it. Thanks BullyJuice ✌️

A few tips: tighten your core, don’t lean back when you do high knees and jumping jacks, find your own pace as form is important. Great exercise!

First time giving this a go after months of being unhealthy. Managed 15 minutes until I was completely dead! Gonna keep at it daily until I can complete the whole thing. Great workout 👍
