I do a lot of thoracic stretches because I lean forward often and sleep curled up, so every little bit of advice helps

Last week I experienced this sharp pain under my shoulder blade, so I remembered your advice to ATM. It occurred to me that maybe I'd let my lats atrophy. So I've been working my lats again, and this seems to have solved the problem. Thank you, and greetings from another southern Californian!

I've been doing exercise #1 on an inversion table, and gravity helps pull the head into the proper position.

Matt, you are truly a gem! I'm not a senior but I watch all your videos and they always help. I just did this video and my back, shoulders, and arms feel so much looser and less achy. I love seeing exercise posts for seniors. Thank you for posting these. However there is always a little wariness for me when exercise advice for us comes from someone under 60. I'm no stranger to the gym or exercise but ageing has surprised me. At 70 it takes much more work for so much less gain...than even 10 years ago. If you do decide to do a senior program maybe have seniors of varying degrees of ability/mobility demo the exercises.

I really need this now because I've been having cervicogenic headaches and they are mostly related to bad posture. Plus I'm a senior LOL so your timing is perfect. Never too late to start! The arm circles were surprising as to how fast I got fatigued, so more work to do there.

Matt these are amazingly intense to do, but after the wall one i felt lighter! ( more bendy!!)

I am 88 and recently joined a gym and have a personal trainer twice a week. I want exercises that I can also do in my apartment with minimal equipment. I like the first two exercises you showed for seniors to improve posture and would like more exercises please.

Just tried both exercises, I'm 72 with bad posture and hunch-backed.
The first exercise was tough, my head is miles away from the wall (but I will persevere)
The second exercise didn't seem as tough even though there was strange clicking coming from my shoulders and arms
