This gentle stretching workout will help improve your flexibility, circulation, and posture and relieve stress. It can be done any time of day and before or after any yes2next exercise video. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers.

As we age, it is more important to stretch regularly to combat the loss of mobility and flexibility that naturally happens. We recommend making stretching part of your daily routine -- at least three times a week or everyday if you can.

I am 74 and love stretching along with the two of you. It is so helpful to see the little lady my own age participating too. I have been doing 10 minutes daily of your videos for several months. I find it reassuring to see the loving energy between the two of you and the way that you just notice the cat and let the cat do her thing. God bless you both.

At 70 years of age I’ve started doing these stretches and some of your other exercises. I can’t tell you what a difference it’s made. I feel great plus getting a bit of shape back is fantastic. I really enjoy doing this everyday now, I won’t be stopping anytime soon either. Many thanks.

I'm 68 and was in pretty good shape until I was diagnosed with cancer last year. It required surgery and I've been working hard to get back to a good physical fitness routine. This video has been part of that recovery. I appreciate your gentle approach and the inclusion of your mother. I'm not sure I could handle watching a gung-ho super jock every day for months on end, but I really enjoy joining you, your cat, and your mother.

I hate changing sheets because of backaches that start before I can even complete this job. I decided this time I'm going to do your gentle stretching exercises before I began. Thank you so much for demonstrating these gentle stretches. I was having mobility problems due to my weight, but now that I am starting to shed some of the pounds, I really needed a way to ease back into moving. I look forward to watching more of your videos. And by the way, I love your cat... I have 2 cats myself! 😺

I really enjoy your simple work outs (& the cat). I love that you have "Mom" with you, and the way you look at her and sort of check up on her. I am also a senior citizen and kinda watch her as much as I watch you. I love the way you have just enough "banter" between you, not enough to distract, just right. Keep on doing what you do. (the photo is not me!!) P.S.-I notice that Mochi actually does some stretching, too--on Mom's sneaker sometimes!!

I just did 3 of your video exercises starting with this gentle stretching. Gentle exercises are what I would love to do.
I am over 50 and goes to the gym occasionally with my husband (because our children are pushing us to go ☺️)

I have been doing the Yes2next video exercises since May of 2021. I love the variety to pick from: balance, cardio, stretching, bands, etc. The New Years Challenge program was great: It covered everything and is excellent for achieving cardio/strength weekly criteria. And I especially enjoyed Day 7 which presented stretching/breathing and basically relaxation exercises...it was great. Once the pandemic began my out-of-home exercise program was cancelled (still is) and I am so thankful for your videos and valuable input about why we are doing these exercises.

Thank you for these gentle exercises. And it's free. I am 72yrs old and since Covid I have neglected my physical body. I know it's no excuse for not exercising.
I started doing gentle yoga, but can afford the once a week course.
