Love this!!! It's exactly what I needed. I had canine interference at first, but then your cat appeared and I knew it was all right! One of the things I like about your video is that you get right to the point and don't make me sit through 10 minutes of talking talking talking. Bravo! I'll be back. Oh, and I love working out with your mom.

Wow! Ladies this was a very nice R1’s t time any kind of yoga exercise for me. I had several strokes with several hemorrhages and a 100% blocked right carotid artery and a 50% blockage in the left carotid artery. Your yoga exercises are just what I need to help me with my mobility to get better.

I am so thankful for discovering Yes2Next! Facing multiple body issues and surgeries Yes2Next has helped me stay moving or get back to moving. After surgeries I return to gentle stretches and gentle mobility for seniors and do the work in order to move forward. I love April's gentle instructions and reminders and Aiko's gallant movements even when you can see it's not easy for her! Mochi brings a gentleness and humor to the sessions with his appearances and showing off of his stretches. Thank you for helping me to stay on that continuous journey of movement which makes living so much easier (and less painful!)!

I'm in my 50s and when I was younger I was able to do the warrior pose standing up. Now I have to do it the modified way but yoga has been a savior fo me and truly has made a difference 🙂

Hello, you've created quite the hit ! This is my first exposure to Yoga so a little unfamiliar for me . Is it unusual to feel like you're in trance because this occurred . I 've been taught self hypnosis & meditation for PTSD . I learned I need to increase my flexibility & mobility which I will be practicing with this workout . I recall the Thai Chi Anniversary workout & one of my favorites of all time . Thanks again for all of your genuine caring & healing workouts . Try staying cool, sorry for all of the heat you're exposed to .

Oh, was I excited when I saw this one. I so LOVE Yoga but have limited myself to chair Yoga nowadays. This session had a couple of familiar moves that sent me "back home" and then blossomed into soft and gentle new ones. I viewed this first and will be doing this today either as a cool down or a stand alone. I'm hoping that you create more of these. They're wonderful on days when aches and pains prohibit more active movement but assure me that I'm moving nonetheless, with the added bonus of getting into and calming myself.
