The class has gentle movements and is easy to understand and follow. Ideal for those dealing with obesity, seniors who want to get moving again or caregivers looking for a class for someone with dementia. No equipment needed other than a chair (or a couch)!

Thank you so much for this brilliant short chair workout. I'm very unfit since Covid and this was just what I needed. Not too long which usually puts me off and I could tell it was proper exercise because I got slightly out of breath. Brilliant thank you again 👍😘🤗

I love how you get straight to the exercises without a lot of BLAH BLAH BLAH. These are excellent gentle exercises that can be easily done according to ability.

I have let myself go. I used to walk a lot but now am the sole caregiver for my husband who has PSP. He can’t be left alone and although I get lots of help and support from my family they all work full time. I am now very overweight and unfit and this looks just the thing to get me moving again. Ni e to read all the comments from your followers. Wish me luck!! 😀😀

"Thank you so very much. I just turned 60 and I'm out of shape, overweight, and have just been lying around being lazy! I know it's not good! I lost my mom almost 2 years ago and have been very depressed. I'm trying to get back into the groove of things. I also plan to go swimming as soon as it gets warmer. I will turn to this video and do these every day until I can do a harder exercise routine. Have a great day! :)

Five weeks and I feel a HUGE difference! I've lost some weight, I sleep better, and I have more staying power when taking care of my two year old granddaughter. Thank you so much. I have emphysema and my doctor ordered me to exercise. Had to pause and start my O2 supply, then had to pause again to catch my breath. Now I feel like I've accomplished something. It's a start. Thank you.

I've been sedentary for so long, this gentle, short workout was exactly what the doctor ordered, literally. I was diagnosed the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and told to get moving. Thank you for your exercises.

thank you for your videos. my Mum has not been well for a while and finally diagnosed with sleep apnea. because she was unwell for so long she had not done any exercise and is therefore unsteady on her feet and needs to ease into things so she can become fit again. your videos are the best thing that she has found. they are just what she needs to start her journey back to physical health.

I am fighting cancer and have weakness and this helps me get a little activity and your voice is very soothing to me. I especially love the flutter kicks as I love to swim and I like to close my eyes and imagine I'm swimming happy😂I'm so glad I came across your videos, thank you so much for helping others.

My mom is 76 yrs. old...She got a severe UTI that caused a bad Kidney infection...The infection affected her nerves and muscles..She went from an active lady to unable to walk or use her hands...She's in the hospital right now...Her sodium level is low and is getting sent to a skilled nursing facility for physical therapy...I pray she walks again...I'm so worried and emotionally not well without my mom

This is great. I had a spinal reconstruction for 2 spine deformities. I’m now dealing with chronic pain because one of the rods broke and hardware failure. I’ve been going on short walks. Now I’ll be adding this to my daily routine. Thank you. I am also a new subscriber as of today!

Hi from Denmark! thank you so much. I have a weakness in my body that makes tendon knots and I can only walk or stand for 2000 steps a day. This video is really helpful, and gives me hope to get excercise into my life. I'm 53 and was loosing hope all to soon.
