I am an 84 year old woman and have Parkinson’s and have trouble getting up and moving around the room. I have just found this exercise on my iPad and find it very useful. Thank you for thinking of us seniors who can’t get up to do this. ❤❤❤hope

I'm 69, I've worked on my lower back issues with another of your videos, and saw good results. As I'm getting older, not very physically active and overweight, having aches and pains in my whole body. thought I'd try this video! It definitely helped so I will try to do them a few times a week as well as other sitting workouts. Thanks Mike!

At 79 I am starting to exercise! I was very active when young. During my work I had multiple fractures including three back surgeries. However, after retirement I slowly became more depressed and my meal of choice was a bag of crunchy Cheetos and a large chocolate bar. I’m a mess!!!
This is my second day with you and you are absolutely fantastic. I am determined to lose weight and gain mobility.
You are VERY inspiring. Thank you for offering this to us. You are a blessing! 😇

I like that you start at the top and go all the way through to the toes. It's an easy way to exercise every part of the body - seated!

Not a senior, but recovering from surgery and have barely moved for weeks. This is GREAT to get moving gently again.

Great exercise program Mike. Just rehabilitating from a hip injury and this is exactly what my Chiropractor prescribed! I'll be with you every day! I'm a young 73years and counting. Got to get back on the golf course!
