For those who say that their lower back can't touch the wall, try to adjust your feet by moving them forward. It worked for me.

It’s only been a week and my posture is better than it’s been in years… Still needs a few tweaks, but wow.

This literally cured my upper cross syndrome.

if your hack arches at the bottom, then flex your abs and you can also squeeze your butt to engage your abdomen. If you want to do this on the floor, then do the same, engage the abdominals and the glutes
