This 10 minute Seated Core Workout for Seniors, Beginners will strengthen your core so you can do any daily activity with strength and ease. This exercise for seniors over 60 features 5 chair exercises, targeting your abdominals, back muscles, and obliques.

These senior exercises at home can be done everyday. You can do it as part of any cardio or strength workout.

I've done core chair work before. This one contained some new moves and I loved it. I happen to enjoy core routines. My abs are strong which enabled me to extend the reps of each move. I came away all abuzz and feeling great. I used this routine to supplement one of your longer routines to reach the time I allotted to exercise today. I intend on doing several back-to-back of this video on a core focused day. Wonderful routine and thank you!...Anastasia

Yippee, this was a great version on the exercises we usually do in the standing position. I most definitely felt the core area more from the sitting position. Kudos to you April for this video. Tell Aiko, she is such an inspiration, and I was delighted to see Mochi also. Thanks for helping to keep us motivated and moving forward as we put some juice in our joints for assisting us with improving our balance, stability, posture and breathing.

That was really interesting - I could do everything but the last one raising the legs and leaning back!!! I knew I needed to strengthen my core but that really brought it home 😳! I had a hysterectomy 22 years ago and have had no core since then. I really appreciate these core exercises. Love and hugs to you both from Morocco 🇲🇦❤️❤️❤️🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛ (my three cats 😉)

That's a chonky kitty! <3 Is there any chance at all you could add side views to this video? I just want to be sure I'm sitting correctly, and most YT trainers don't do side views..unfortunately. I love these moves, though. I'm always looking for new moves to keep my abs guessing.
