I really appreciate that any ads play during the rest periods so that they don't disrupt the "flow" of the routine. A lot of workout channels don't think about stuff like that.

Day 1 - loved it ❤️
Day 2- completed 💯
Day 3 - did some rest and 10 mins yoga
Day 4- done ✅ did this in afternoon because I had my morning classes . Remember, no excuses ❤
