TYSM! My mom has been complaining abt my usual HIIT routine, because there's a lot of loud noises and jumping, and there were no complaints this time! Loved this workout, really gave me a GOOD sweat and burn in my legs! Love this, would def recommend if you want a quiet, but very effective HIIT workout!
Edit: Im going to try to double this workout today, will update when im done!
EDIT: THis is the next day, couldnt do it yestrday, it was getting late, but i did it today!

One of my favourite things about Anna’s workouts is that she includes the breaks as part of the workout!! It makes me so happy for some reason 😂

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and have had to give up weightlifting for a while. But, your low impact, no jumping workouts are exactly what I needed to still get my sweat on. I take longer breaks when needed and do the modified versions, but even then it's still a great workout! Thanks Anna!! 💖

Hello, I really love your routines, they are very intense and very good, but now I am 48 years old and I would appreciate it if you can do routines
no squatting/no jumping. I have a bad knee and ankle. Many people have joint problems, and after doing a leg routine we are left with pain in the knees. We would love to see cardio-aerobics hiit routines on your channel constantly moving, they are very good and also work the whole body without causing injuries. Thank you for your work and dedication, thank you for reading me.

Ditto what many said...20 minutes low impact was tough and got the HR up and a good sweat! I was pleasantly surprised! Active cal 120! This is a great one to come back to for a short workout or warm up/finisher! Thank you Anna!
