I was recommended to do hip stretches for working out past emotional trauma. The stretch at 16:00 had me bawling my eyes out! Thank you for the video, I'll be doing these stretches often!

I love this video! It is my absolute favorite. Uncomfortable to sit in the hip opening position at times but feels AMAZING when I'm done. <3

Great hip flexibility practice! I've just started your 15 day Namaslay Hip Opening, using it every other day in between my bodybuilding workouts. I want to stay flexible while I build muscle this time around. Thanks so much for the awesome videos!

I felt really held in your space here and looked after - it was a really emotional practice for me - at about 15 mins I started to have this urge to cry and it was a little overwhelming, confusing, so I am glad to feel your calm strength

I like how you ease us into the pose and hold them there for a while. Nothing is rushed but this session flew by! Definitely needed some hip love and this hit the spot! Thanks and Namaste 🙏🏽

Loved this video, just what I needed! Also, great job with the newer videos with the mic :). Side note, nothing is scarier then when you finally get into your Savasana, mentally and your TV makes this really loud noise!! Gah!
