Thank you! I am a 64 year old overweight women with many health challenges. This is the first time I have done floor Yoga. I surprised myself by doing most of the poses in spite of spinal injuries. I lasted 27 minutes. I will do this again on Monday. Many Thanks ❤

It's been years since I've been in a regular yoga practice and last night was my breaking point of anxiety, worries, panic, all manifesting in physical form. I felt nothing but peace and calm watching this and it means so much to me that you create things brief window for me to regain my composure and my focus.

Hands down the best restorative practice I’ve ever done. I’m 30 yrs old ex-athlete/bodybuilder and have suffered from debilitating anxiety, injuries and severe chronic fatigue for 1 year now. I’ve followed this video practice only twice and I have felt levels of peace and equanimity in my body that I have not felt in over 12 months. Thanks Jessica!

I found this channel a couple weeks ago and I can't tell you how much I'm loving these classes. I'm a certified yoga instructor and have been doing yoga since 2009 so I've done all types of classes. The voice overs in these videos are GOLD. I know it takes a lot more time and effort but I just wanted to let you know that it's greatly appreciated. Your voice is soooo relaxing. Wonderful channel <3

I love to do this sequence at the end of the day after I've been sitting in front of a computer for ~10 hours. It really helps to open up my chest and hip area and relieve the strain in my upper back and neck. I've also noticed that after a few weeks of doing it every day, my desk posture is much better and some chronic pain that I used to have is much reduced. Thank you for sharing!

Your calmness, gentle voice and slow, steady flow help me so much. I've strained my left leg and couldn't do most of these exercises as they're shown, so I made my own adjustments and used a pillow. I loved doing my version, in parallel with yours. Gratitude, in abundance. Peace to you and everyone here.

Jéssica, I can’t thank you enough for this video. I remember trying Yoga for the first time at my local gym and it was so intense it almost put me off Yoga completely. I have now been practicing this restorative yoga video for a few weeks now, I love it, it’s transformed my mood, I always feel more calm and light after the session. I love how you also add meditation at the end which kills two birds with one stone for my daily routine.
