I work at an elementary school, and the other day I was walking past the girls room. A little girl about 8 yrs old was walking by the mirror. She stopped, winked at herself and exclaimed "Well, I look cute !" 😉 It was so sweet and heartwarming. I just love her confidence. I totally want to be like her lol. 😊

sunlight + gentle movement everyday is life changing! I try to walk in the morning and it wakes me up and puts me in a good mood for the day. No other form of exercise has had such a positive impact on my mental health.

Yes!!! I’ve been working out 5 days a week consistently since Jan 1st and I’m down 18lbs!! I feel you on this! I wake up an hour before my kids and I’ve been doing Sydney Cummings workouts on YouTube and I feel amazing! Cheers to us! So proud of all of you!!❤

I was at a party and was talking to a great grandma. She was keto and did intermittent fasting she was talking about caster oil on necks for thighroid and on liver and how it can help disease and reverse things. She was in a wheel chair when she was in her younger years and had MS. And she made a lot of helath shifts and healed her self. She started with the Daniel fast and now does keto. And the fasting. She looks 20 years younger then she is and feels amazing and is active. It was the most amazing conversation i had in a few minutes. I could have talked to her for hours!

My girlfriend and I meet at 5:45am daily to walk 2 miles, knowing she's getting ready to meet me outside my house at 5:45 holds me accountable. It's the best way to start our day! Our pups love it as well.

You are such an inspiration!!! I remember my friend's parents walked EVERY NIGHT after dinner. They did this for YEARS. Both lived long healthy lives.

Started walking 2 miles a day about a year ago it's been pretty consistent I'm a 65 year old male what a difference this one thing makes in your life even at my age and thank you for the bathing suit shots you are a beautiful woman inside and out nothing but love

Love your personality! I am working on this same thing. It's hard for me because my 5 kids are homeschooled, so I can't exactly skip out of the house every morning to walk, but these days, I am doing it anyway. I am 37 and having way too many pains. I don't focus on the weight much either. My scale tells me my BMI and fat percentages and I am more focused on what it says my fit age is vs my weight. and I am not happy with my metrics, nor how I have been feeling! So I force myself to walk at least 30 minutes a day.

You really spoke to me on this one sis. I just turned 37 and my cycles have become heavy with way more cramping than usual. I started working from home last fall and I have become a lot less active since then. I’m taking what you said to heart because I want knees like Megan, but right now they are giving Gertrude🥲

Walking in the rain is calming. Having proper clothes on so you don't get soaked is a must. The noise of the rain and having your hood over your head, I find is meditative as you can hear your breathing. I walk of my but I'm going to give it a try. My mum walks everyday and she had a major operation and her doctors were so impressed with her recovery time. I'm hitting 50 in July, it's time for me to change.

I don’t typically resonate so much and take the time to comment but I really appreciated your energy. Moving “the stagnant energy” in our bodies is a powerful statement! And you defining lower/higher vibrations/energy was awesome. I have started walking as well and only 1 week in but looking to keep it up. The benefits inside and out are so worth it! Much love ❤
