This was how I lost 100. Walking everyday and staying in a caloric deficit. It took me almost a year but I did it. I need to get back on since I’ve gain 30 pounds back in the past 3 years

I used to walk 60 minutes everyday while water fasting every other week and the weeks I didn’t water fast I did omad and I lost 30 lbs in a month my starting weight was 170 my ending weight was 140

I’m using the Leslie Sansone Walk At Home/Walk Away the Pounds video series. Just started doing her 5 mile walking workout a few days ago week. I feel amazing so far ☺️

I did the same a few years ago. Would drop my kids off to school, then head to the park to do a few laps around the track. Would just put on headphones and an audiobook and walk until I got too tired or realized it was getting late lol.

Good job girl. U look good too. My dad always tells this story of a guy he knew that got a divorce and he was so hurt thet he'd walk for miles and miles and her lost like 100lbs. 😂
