I did 3 mil just 3 times per wk for 3 mo and lost 20 pds ....this is super effective and encouraging to do it again. 👏🏾 you got this! 🎉

Guys the advice she gave about putting on your favorite show and zoning out is key… call your best friend or put on a show. You’ll be walking miles without knowing it

Listen I been 300lbs and I been 170lbs…the amount of effort to stay consistent and face the body aches and ailments one needs to surpass at 300lbs is is incredibly painful . You are doing a great job! Keep going!

i started walking in June, and now its October. Major difference, i began with 2-3 KM and it was already tiring for me. Now i walk for 9km-10km under 2 hours, 5-6days a week. The other day i walked without realising that I reached my farthest at 12KM under 2 hour. My energy has improved massively and so as my speed. Walking has nothing but the best exercise for me. I feel a lot better, and lost inches. Not concerned about my weight yet, cause that usually disrupts my attention to anxiety. I do feel lighter, and lost few kgs. People kept telling me, try to run, and jog. But i hate those, i am at least happy that i am still doing this. We can do this!

Wow, 3 miles is incredible! Walking more is one of my biggest goals right now. I got a treadmill so I really have no excuses.

I’m someone who is in relatively good shape. I run about 40-50 miles a week (it’s a hobby of mine nothing for weight loss), but I always tell people walking is the BEST! Keep at it, it really underrated and you’re going to have some awesome results!

You are an inspiration to mr. I had 12 surgeries in the last 3 years, and my knee and other areas have never been the same. I gained weight, which I was always slim, even when I was pregnant, so it was a lot for me. I had to be active in crutches, bed rest, multiple casts, etc. (it was a bad trip and fall after a car accident) and I believe that saved me from gaining a massive amount of weight. I'm disabled, but im starting to day that I am temporarily not able because ive lost weight on the Dherbs Total Body Cleanse and Maintenance Kit.
I love your videos, and I used to run, but enjoy walking the fee blocks that I can.
I couldn't afford this treadmill, like I can not afford to have kept my daughter in a Seventh-day Adventist private school for the past 12 years, but I prayed and God made a way.
Health is wealth, and thank God for Klarna and Affirm with 12 and 18 month payments. I can't wait to start walking on this daily, and my daughter is my cheerleader and a gift from God. She motivates me, gives me encouragement, and works out with me even though she is lean and healthy generically.
You keep going, you are out here giving people hope. That goes a long way!

Thank you for this video. I had no idea walking pads were a thing until 5 minutes what I need cause I am NOT trynna pass out in this 105 degree weather!
