EXTREME hourglass abs workout / At home - No equipment

This workout will help you shape your waist in an hourglass form at home without any equipment. Do this workout 3-4 times a week and take rest days in between. To make it harder you can add resistance bands and/or weights.

Try to add my other workouts as well for extra fast results. Have fun and most importantly be CONSISTENT!

I have been doing this workout for about a week and I have already seen such a difference! I can start to see my abs more and waist is getting smaller!

This workout feels absolutely amazing! I've been doing it for 2 days and can already see changes, of cource this will vary from person to person so if you don't see changes as quickly don't give up!

Okej i am doing this for a month and let u guys know how it goes!

1 year ago: 80 kg Now: 72 -> by drinking 2l water and avoiding sweets, energy drinks etc.

Goal: 65 kg. Length: 167 cm

Day 1 ✅: did it (was very hard) took breaks between the excercises, couldn’t do every one of them.
Day 2 ✅: still hard, still took breaks in between, and couldn’t keep 30 seconds for a few of them. + daisy keech hourglass work out
Day 3 ✅: did it same like the other days. + extra 5 minutes abs work out of this channel.
Day 4 ❌: didn’t have time to do it
Day 5 ✅: did it, took little breaks in between them. Make sure to place ur hands right to avoid the pain on your arms. = seeing a very little change on my lower belly.
Day 6 ✅: did it, with less breaks in between them, still feels tiring and hard but can keep on the exercices more then the other days. + 5 minutes fat belly work out of this yt channel.

Day 7 ✅: did it! With still little breaks in some of the excercises. Feels less harder then other days, still tiring!

Day 8 ❌: didn’t do it.
Day 9 ✅: did it!! Still feels tiring, less harder! With still short breaks :)
Day 10 ❌: no motivation for it today
Day 11 ✅: did it! It was somuch easier then the other days still took breaks but much less then before!
Day 12 ✅: did it! With a bit breaks.
Day 13: ❌
Day 14: ❌
Day 15 ✅: did it! Weight now: 71 kg
Day 16: ❌
Day 17 ✅: did it! Little breaks easier than before :)
Day 18: ❌
Day 19: ❌
Day 20: ✅ did it, kinda see results but really tiny
Day 21: ✅ diid it!
Day 22: ❌ didnt do it
Day 23: ✅ did it
Day 24: ✅ did ittt with break’s
2 weeks ❌
Results for a month: could see a bit difference but stopped, but im gonna start again, i would definitely recommend doing this! Dont give up :)

I did this for 20 days and here’s my progress
Day 1: ✅ was really hard
Day 2: ✅

Day 8: ❌ had some family problems and were busy
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: ✅
Day 11: ❌ break day
Day 12: ✅ did it 2x bc I felt really motivated
Day 13: ✅ did it 2x again, this workout is great since it really works for my body
Day 14: ✅ did it 2x. Seeing a hourglass body 😍
15: ✅
16: ✅ did it 2x my abs were so sore but I still did it!
Day 17: ✅ did it 2x again
I’m gonna stop now. But I would definitely recommend this workout I love it and I definitely saw results. Even tho this workout is hard it is worth it, remember the harder the better if your seeing this I wish you luck on your weight loss journey. 💗 I’m gonna continue this workout. I tried a lot of hourglass work outs and yeah they burned but they didn’t feel like they actually hit. This right here is the best one ever I truly trust this one

Doing this for 3 weeks
Day 1- ✅ I was able to finish with just some breaks in between
Day 2- ✅ I forgot to update 😅 I did do it and my lower abdomen hurts so much
Day 3- ✅ It hurts a little bit less but I still can feel it

Did this for 2 days, and it got easy very fast! Results have yet been seen .. but I’ll still continue this! It burns my stomach so much!!

okay i‘m trying this everyday for at least 2 weeks, this workout is so good!!

Day 1 : ✅
Day 2: ✅ (i did it 2x but couldn’t do some exercises)
Day 3: ✅
Day 4: ✅ (i skipped a few exercises bc i didnt have enough energy but i‘ll do some others later tho)
Day 5: ✅ (i did it 2x. it’s getting better day by day but i still can’t do everything w/o a little break. but we are getting there!!)
Day 6:❌ (didnt have enough energy)
Day 7: ❌(forgot, was too lazy)
Day 8: ✅ (it was so hard td)
Day 9: ❌ i was too lazy
Day 10: ✅ (i‘m getting better day by day but it‘s still so exhausting!!)

I’m gonna try doing this until Christmas break or something!! I hope I’ll be able to do it :) I’m doing this to maybe loose some lower stomach fat, but mostly to tone my body and be stronger.
Measurements:
waist: 63 cm,
bust: 83 cm,
hip/butt: 89 cm.
I’m 164 cm tall (that won’t change by working out)
I weigh 56 kg and I’m not trying to change that

Day 1: ✅”this was easier than expected” y’all are warriors. I was fighting for my life, but I completed it!

Day 2: ✅ today it was just as hard as yesterday and I’m (obviously) not seeing visual results yet. But I do already feel better about my body even though it hasn’t changed. Might sound weird, but yeah

Doing This everyday,

Prior information, I weigh 135 lb(61 kg)-140(63kg), 5'4 (162 cm) and I'm a 14 year old female.

Day 1- 1:35 pm, I couldn't do all of the exercises felt winded quickly, but still tried on all of them.
Day 1- 3:01 pm, I did it again felt really motivated, it makes my arms really tired but less pain.

Day 2- 5:35 pm, (prior, while doing my normal day I had some chest pain on my lower chest.)While doing the workout, things were easy as to my stomach, but my arms hurt really bad i don't know if I'm weak, or because I just finished running.

Day 3- 8:07 pm, (sorry I started late, mental issues)Exercises were hard to do in my low stomach, legs and arms.Excerises were still difficult to do.

Day 4-6:58 pm, The exercises were easier, most of the issues was my legs. There was a lot of strain on my legs. I'm noticing my stomach is harder now.

Day 5-10:52 pm, Legs were sore but less then before, while doing workouts. The pain was not in my stomach but more on the palms of my hand. My stomach no longer hurts during my normal day. Not seeing results yet, I think it's because I'm too fat:(.

Day 6-Missed it, I was tired.

Day 7- 9:10 pm, It was easy. No issues at all while doing it.
Day 7-9:23 pm, Did it again to make up for my missed day. While I was doing my workout, tears were running down my cheeks because I hate my body so much. I don't see any progress or differences, I hate the way I look.

Day 8-11:37 pm, Was easy no tension on my waist at all though, just my arms. Would be easy if I was not so fat because all that weight of my arms make me hurt.

Day 9-12:11 pm, I started my workouts late to mental struggles about self image and life purpose. Very easy workouts. No progress I'm too fat, I just want to look like the other girls. I hate the way I look.

Day 10- 7:13 pm, It was really easy!!! I think I'm starting to see a little bit a toning on my lower stomach and the middle of my stomach. I think my waist has become a little smaller.

Day 11- 11:10 pm, It was easy, it's just my arms that hurt every time.

Day 12- Missed, had a friend over.

Day 13- 2:39 pm, Was super easy and nice just my arm joint was sore

Day 14- Missed it I fell asleep all day.

Day 15- 11:51 pm, It was super easy.

Day 16- I slept through the day and night.

Day 17- 6:16 pm, Was nice yet a little difficult I think enjoyed it.
Day 17- 6:37 pm, Was really nice and I feel really refreshed.


7 months later, i am 125-130 lb. my waist is 26', hips are 37' and my thighs are very muscular (from running). all though this workout is pretty shit, i just recommend cardio with a calorie deficit, and a high protein diet with lots of water. Also i am now 15!! my birthday was on the 23rd of October. Please don't give up along as you put in the effort you Will succeeded.

first time doing this!! i didn’t pause surprisinly😭😭 but the burn was real!!! i did this with along with some other high intensity workouts, i loved the layout of all the workouts and overall a 10/10!!❤❤

Omg I did this yesterday and this morning and I’m already seeing results!! Normally the bottom of my stomach is upturned now it’s not and it’s toned a bit! THANK YIUUU
