I am 13 years old, and I started doing this workout. It’s now my 4th day of doing it. And gladly I saw changes, My waist is much more visible, my belly fat is shrinking! This works!!❤❤

Guys, if you are confused whether this works or not, then know this. I've been doing this for about a week now and my waist has shrunk by 5 cm. My weight was 50.7 kg, but after a week of this workout I weighed 48.1 kg. The most important thing is that I drank zero cola every other day, ate whatever I wanted (I didn’t limit myself to sweets.) So, exercise for your health, I believe in you, honey ❤

I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually makes your waist smaller….I personally have a small waist but I wanted to do this workout because I have a belly. I did this workout for 3 days every morning, and night and not only did my waist get smaller but also my belly
became flat. I also wanted to say that I don’t follow a strict diet….good luck and I recommend this workouts so much🥳

My daughter has been crying a lot this year . I always ask her what’s wrong but her reply is always I’m fat and I eat too much . I give this video to her to see if she wants to do it . She has been doing this every day now and she has stopped with the “ I am fat “ and “ I eat too much.” Thank you Roberta, you are a total lifesaver

It's been two weeks since I started this work out, and I can say that I've lost some belly fat because before I started this work out my tummy is big. It's very enjoying at the same time effective, you can try it our also! Just be patient and keep going!❤

I'm a 12 year old female and I have been very insecure about my body. People at my school used to talk about how my body was and how I didn't have the "perfect hourglass body" so I decided to start doing this workout daily when I have the time.
