Working out will only do so much so just because other girls have that snatched waist doesn’t mean you are unhealthy, you just have wider ribs and different proportions it’s okay!!

Snatch you're waist with poses ladies! If you look at her other videos where she is standing straight towards the camera you'll see that her chest and waist ratio is the same and hip dips are there! Don't compare yourself to people who use angles to show "results" in all there videos because it's all posing and angles in reality she looks the same as the rest of us that are working hard!

Honestly besides plank twists, plank generally if you do a lot will make your waist straighter than snatched, it’s really in the breathing and constantly holding strained that gives you snatched waist, ladies!!!

Listen ladies! Do not work your obliques muscles if you want a cinched waist. Working your obliques will make your waist thicker and boxier
