1:35 - russian twists
2:36 - single leg raises (again)
3:41 - bicycle crunches
4:44 - heel touches
5:51 - reverse crunches
6:53 - idk the name
7:56 - knee touch crunches
8:58 - 15 jack knives each side
10:04 - hold and sit

So recently ive been consistently doing this workout and GUYS, IT WORKSSSS TRUST ME! just be consistent. I see a slight difference around my waist and yk when u look in the mirror and u feel like something has changed. Def recommend this workout. Be consistent!

Hey guys just want to let you since some people are worried, heel touches don’t actually “grow” your obliques outward. The only way that your obliques will get wider is if you add weight, or overwork them, which this exercise is not doing. Also, for people afraid of planks but still do crunches, both exercises work the rectus abdominis, so there’s no need to leave out planks for that reason if you’re doing crunches instead as both exercises work the same muscle groups.

GIRL. i’ve been doing this workout consistently for a month and im at the point where im able to do it without the video w my own memory. when I tell you i used to be STRUGGLING by the last rep and now im able to hold the pose and sing whatever song im listening to, laughing and everything. this really works and i feel a lot stronger. been doing this in a calorie deficit and it took me from a 27 to 25 inch waist. planning on losing 2 more inches. thank you so much for sharing!

my first day doing this workout ✨i really enjoyed it honestly. i felt good afterwords. it feels good when you push through the pain and know that you accomplished it. please like this as a reminder for me. i need this please!

I have been doing this workout, mixed w others to see a massive difference but honestly this works. I suggest to not do the one where u move side to side because that builds your obliques outwards! Apart from that, I have seen a difference and every body is different but tomorrow I’m going to go to the pool So doing this last and final workout before going will deffo help. Love u<3, post more workouts :)

Hi loves!!! The workouts I suggest doing is daisy keech’s! She clenches the waist, and she focuses more on the lower part to get that tiny waist look.

Please keep in mind that you’re all so so so beautiful, and if you feel a sharp pain whilst doing any workout, please stop!! Every human body is different, and you should all know your worth and know that you do not have to have a small waist to be classified as beautiful, large waists are gorgeous too!! Love you all so much, and stay safe.

I love how chill and low-key she sounds while everyone is suffering including herself. Most influencers will be like "GREAT JOB! FEEL THE BURN! YOU CAN DO IT!" but here we get the realness. Just a deadpan "i'm literally dying here but it's okay, we're going to look cute for summer or whatever." It's a great workout routine and I don't think have ever giggled this much while also suffering with general fitness body aches at the same time before. Thank you! 😂

I’ve noticed that my waist has gone down a little and I’m very happy about that, this workout does help it’s not tiring at all it keeps you consistent and honestly boosted my energy up!

So i did this During quarantine bc I really wanted a smaller waist and i did it for 1 month girls let me tell you THIS WORKS ONG BRO .... My waist is smaller up to this day and curvy I’ve stopped working out but now i will go back starting tomorrow LOl

i honestly love this workout!
it’s 11 minutes long and it feels like 5 minutes. the burn is insane but it feels good!
i did this 5 times (not in a row) and i‘m starting to do this every day bc summer is here and i have covid so i have enough time to do this :)

okay so i did it yesterday but i didn’t feel any burn so i just continued doing workouts for my butt and legs

today i did it and i gladly felt the burn!
the burn keeps motivating me lol.
i‘m going to do it tomorrow as well.
i‘m drinking a protein shake after my workouts since yesterday!
