to whoever is reading this, please do not stop. I’ve been doing this workout (with no diet) for 1 months and oh myyyy. My body has never looked better and this is just 10 minutes of your day. Please keep going, you can do this!

Doing this for 50 days:

I’m doing this worked to both tone up and achieve my desired body shape. I’m also keeping track of the process in the comments like many others, but I plan to actually complete mine. Remember, consistency is key.

Day 5: ✅ felt extremely tired, but still did it anyway

With the right diet and workout twice in a day, I have lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks and am almost getting abs showing in my abdomen.

DAY ONE-✅
The HIIT video was killing mee lmao. But each workout was short so it was easy to power thru. For the hourglass workout, I had to take more breaks then given. Not proud of that, but it’s only day one !!

DAY TWO-✅
My hips were so sore today 😤 But I pushed myself to finish it all! The HIIT video was still killing me. But today I didn’t have to take any extra breaks with it! The hourglass video was also a killer, omg..But no other changes yet. Yet I mentally just feel more Energized & productive!!

DAY THREE-✅
Todays workouts seemed to fly by; because I was able to not take any extra breaks! The hourglass workout is the one that really burns, but the HIIT is the one that has more workouts to do. My hips look a bit more smaller in the mirror, and I’m now down to 151 pounds!! Can’t wait for day 4

DAY FOUR-✅
My sides feel more sculpted in an hourglass form! Plus my face has lost a lot of fat, so I feel so confident in my jawline 💕 But I still have much more progress to go! See you guys on day 5 :)

DAY 5-✅
Busy day but I was able to fit both in :) I can really feel my hips slowly becoming smaller now! I’m seeing less and less of any muffin top. (progress means a lot to me, bc my body before had some muffin top.) But on a diff note: my parents found out I was using YouTube workouts, which in their book “don’t work” so they told me that I shouldn’t waste my time with a workout that does nothing. That rly discouraged me today, but I’ve SEEN progress, and all of you guys are liking these logs! So I’m not letting that get to me. See u all of day 6 🎀

DAY 6-✅
No big notes for today! Just keeping it up and eating healthy 🤩

DAY 7-✅
Wow…it’s only been a week, and my hips have TRANSFORMED. My muffin top is 99% gone, and my sides are fully hourglass shaped now! I’m blown away with the quick results! I’ll just be working on flattening my stomach more! But even that’s a bit flat now! I love the results so far, exited to keep goingg :)

I'm really tired of looking in the mirror and crying because I don't like what I see. I don't want to be another comment that says "remind me" and doesn't come back. I'm making a commitment to myself to do this for three months. Please, please, please remind me!! Starting today at 75kg's! Let's all keep pushing guys! 🥰🥰

1 Month Update: I haven't been able to keep up with this workout as consistently as I wanted to (I do it 2-3 times a week) but I've definitely seen PROGRESS!! Down to 72.6kg's!!

About 7/8 weeks in, currently weigh 70.4 kg's! I'm doing this workout with a bunch of others and I've changed some of my eating habits but being consistent is so hard! I feel like I'd lose more if I were stricter with myself but I'm progressing nonetheless and that's all that matters! I hope anyone else who reads this feels the same. I'll keep updating, my goal for now is 65kgs by the end of the year! 🥰

Right so guys, I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks every day and I’ve literally lost so much of my muffin top and the abs are literally there. My waist went from 28 inches to 26.5 and my body looks way way better. PLEASE DO IT

I always see comments recording and tracking their progress but I never actually see them completed so i feel like i should share my experience with this workout for about a year now. I haven’t done it consistently for a year, but every few months, specifically around summer or fall, I always find my way back to this video and do it for at least a week straight. Every time I’ve ever done this workout for at least a week I’ve noticed significant change. My waist gets smaller and I even see some definition in my abdominal region. If you are looking for an effective and quick workout this is the one. My only advice is so not give it up, once you miss one day then you will fall into a habit of missing the workout. Consistently is key, not motivation. I seriously recommend this for anyone trying to slim down their waist.

soft: hey, i know it's hard but you should try this workout if you want to get that hourglass figure you've been dreaming about. just remember, you aren't going to immediately see results, so dont give up! i believe in you!

harsh: if you want to look like the models that you see on magazines then stop being lazy and move your body. an hourglass figure doesn't build itself, does it? you're already cutting yourself some slack by doing the version of the workout with breaks, so be greatful that you aren't forcing yourself to do the actual video.

really harsh: get your lazy ass out of bed. if you want to look like a model then become one. models weren't born pretty, and neither were you judging by how you look right now. do you even need motivation to workout, just look in a fucking mirror. would you rather be uncomfortable for 10 FUCKING MINUTES or be uncomfortable in your body forever. oh, but you would rather watch social media and scroll your life away, wouldn't you?

I will do this for about a month, i am starting with 25-30% body fat :)
Before: Jun 30 2023
Weight: 181.8 lbs
Waist: 34 in
Hips: 38 in

Day 1: ✅ Did 50 mins of walking beforehand and a 40 sec plank, it wasn’t easy but I pulled through, though I struggled with scissor and butterfly kicks. Can’t wait to get stronger tomorrow
Day 2: ✅ Before this I did 30 mins of walking. I found it a little easier today as i took shorter breaks and i had more endurance with each exercise. Butterfly kicks are still hardest for me but scissor kicks have gotten everyone. Thank you everyone for your reminders and encouragement, they have really inspired to push through! :)
Day 3: ✅ completed it once in the afternoon, im hoping to do it again after a walk for cardio tonight. Slightly easier today was well as I did the entire workout with no breaks. The butterfly kicks are still hardest, I have replaced russian twists with a 1 min plank as I heard they make you boxy. I CANT say this enough but thank you all for the support, it really isn’t an easy workout but knowing there are people out there supporting me makes it easier for me to be consistent, we can do this guys ❤️ (I will update if I end up doing this twice)
Day 4: been busy but ima get back on it today

Update: After 8 months I have started to get back to it, I started the Pilates workout 3 days ago and I want to do that everyday while I do this one everyday or every other day! Trying to get snatched for summer💪

I plan to do it 50 days this time and I’ll take rest days so I get more motivated and don’t forget

Day 1: did it today with her 10 mins Pilates workout, very hard but im gonna keep going
Day 2: took 2 days break but I completed it also I had leg day today and I did the Pilates workout
Day 3: super hard but I did it
Day 4: 4th day in a row done! March 21st
Day 5: march 24th done, can already start to see my waist slimming cause I’ve paired it with other workouts

FOR EVERYONE DOING THIS, YOU GOT THIS!! YOU’RE DOING SO GOOD AND I BELIEVE IN U!! TRUST ME YOUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF! I’ve been doing this for about 3 months and lets just say, this workout has definitely shaped my body into an hourglass shape. make sure to remember to cut down on your portions a bit and eat healthier!! I have my cheat days pretty often but if you keep pushing, staying motivated and patient, all of this will be worth it! GOOD-LUCK EVERYONE! YOU GOT THIS!!
