THIS WORKS SO it's only been 5 days and I see a huge difference?? I'm in shock, I always do chloes and don't see much change but this works literally so fast you guys have to do it

theres no use in comparing chloe and lily, they're both awesome people who provided free workout programs to help people like you and me to stay fit and active, or to help people lose weight. they BOTH are motivational. one is not better than the other, they're both equally great.

Day 7: it was my bday so i take a rest today

results : my waist went from 63 to 62 cm, my “muffin top area” went from 88 to 86 cm and i lost 2kg. I will continue doing this workout for another 2 weeks. Btw all lilly’s workouts are amazing, i recommend her videos!!!

*MY PROGRESS*
And I *update every day*
I did this workout for the first time today.. I never workout so this is also the first time I worked out in my whole life😅... This was really tough and I feel like I wasn't even doing the exercises properly! I'm starting working out cause I gained 6 kgs during quarantine and I was already over weight so I really wanna loose weight now! I'll keep you guys updated!! 💜
Day 1☁ : I did most of the exercises wrong and I know that 🤡✋

Day 2 ☁: yay! I just finished doing it!! It hurt my belly more than it did yesterday .. I guess it's because it is working (idk) and also I feel like my way of doing the exercises has improved ... It was hard to complete the workout but I completed it !! <3

Day 3 ☁: guys ! Guys ! Guys ! It's just day 3 and my mom told me I look slimmer and I also see a difference !! I can't believe thisss!! 😭💜 I just completed workout and it burned more than yesterday and it gets harder day by day ... I guess it's because my form is improving !

Day 4 ☁: I did it!! Im telling you that it keeps getting harder day by day! Also I ate so many sweets today and didn't eat much healthy .. I wish one day doesn't effect my progress 😶... I Am seeing results really fast and that's crazyy!! I love you lilly 😭💜

Day 5 ☁: I felt so tired ... But I still did it cause I had to update here - I am dead right now ! 😭💀

Day 6 ☁: I decided to do cardio as well cause I read somewhere that if I ony do these kinda exercises then I'll gain muscles ... And I want slim belly .. Not muscular belly 💀... Anyways ... I just did it after a cardio workout and I feel like im gonna faint 💀... I'll chk My weight tomorrow- ✨

Day 7 ☁:so I checked my weight today and I lost 2 kgs in one week- I can't believe this ... Like 2KGS IN ONE WEEK !!! Omg- I feel so happy ! I'll keep doing the workout for another week and will keep yall updated :D

Day 8 🎀: I didn't workout cause ... Idk why.. I- I was really tired maybe ? I don't remember why I didn't workout 💀

Day 9 🎀:DONE 😌💕💪

Day10🎀:I got periods and cramps were killing me so I didn't do it today :'(

Day11🎀: luckily I didn't get cramps today but tbh I felt tired and didn't wanna work out... But my mom said that she'll workout with me today so I did this workout !! I am glad that I did this workout without missing another day, lol- 💕✨

Day12🎀:I didn't workout today:'(

Day13🎀:not today as well💀

Day14🎀:I am really tired these days because of a lot of school work so I don't hv energy to workout:(

trying this for ten days!!
weight at start: about 59kg
day 1: ✅my neck and back hurt but it was quicker than i thought and not too tricky compared to others
day 2: ✅ my back hurts but i defo did some of the exercises with more ease today.
day 3: ✅ I did the exercise without using my hands to help today!! I can feel it getting easier and it’s only day three!
day 4: ❌ i had a lil breakdown today and ended up falling asleep way early:/
day 5:✅ i’ve had a tiring week so that was hella tiring but i feel it workin
day 6: ❌ got home at 1am too drunk to work out lol
day 7: ✅ can now straighten my legs almost!!

my 2 month journey 💗
Day 1: 🌤️easy, im used to harder workouts. Felt good afterwards, it was comforting. I did it twice
Day 2: ⛅️saw a small change, bloating is reduced, my abs from my last workouts stood out a little more. Did this mixed with another workout of her’s.
Day 3: ⛅️⭐️harder than the last 2, still enjoyed it. Didn’t see a noticeable change today, but I enjoyed working out. Did it twice and mixed it with some belly fat loss workout from Lily.
Day 4: 🌥️ hard, only did it once.
Day 5: 🌥️ rest day. To see results your body needs a day or two depending on the type, to relax and take a break. Necessary.
Day 6: ⛅️ noticeable changes! School starts tomorrow, excited!! (Only did it once)
Day 7: ☁️ Really hard. I could barely even get through it. Every day the pain is more and more hard to handle. But still enjoyed it! Results are going good, now bloating has reduced extremely, only on the morning tho, probably because I don’t eat the healthiest. I need de-bloating tips ngl-
Day 8:🌤️⭐️ only did it once, progress is going good! Tried my really best and took zero breaks doing more movements than told in the video. +1 minute plank
Day 9: 🌤️🔥 felt so good ngll! Enjoy it good! Way easier than other days. I had EXTREME bloating bc i had ice cream and pizza. But the next day, i looked amazing!
Day 10: 🌤️🌟 would be the last day, but it’s only the start. Did it once, with another waist workout from pinterest- yes.
FIRST 10 DAYS CRUSHED
Day 11: planned to do it, but i had school the next day. Had to skip it. It had been 5 days from my break day anyway. Im starting football tomorrow, that will help too.
Day 12 & 13 hospitalized. Vomited 14 times!
Day 14: too weak, just realesded from hospital
Day 15: crushed it! weaker, but never giving up
Day 16: nope-
Day 17: skipped it
Day 18: did it
Day 19!!!: 🍣 did it!! Wayyy too easy. Did another workout from daisy keech, and football.
Day 20: did it, but missed the russian twist and the hold
Day 21: didn’t have time for russian twists and hold
Day 22: 🪷 did it once! Did a 5 minute ab workout after!
Day 23: 🐁 missed it, but had an extreme game on my friends bd more than 3 hrs straight running (im a football player and a really fast runner)
Day 24: only once, but did a 10 minute cardio workout took alot of breaks.
Day 25: only onceee cardio workout once more.
Day 26: 🪿 only onceee another workout added!! I also wanted to quote, im someone who used to do the le sserafim workout, since i was rlly feeling bad about myself and not being fit enough. Im not doing any diets, or any kind of food program that gives me a bad relationship with food, and im not restricting! This workout is absolutely AMAZING i also fully recommend doing cardio once in a while.
Day 27: 🌦️i woke up bloated. I felt really insecure, but i realized not every day is our best day. And I hadn’t been eating well. I had been eating badly. But still i did football, cardio workout plus this. 1st Month’s last day! Month 2 started healthier foods. Yet i will allow to fulfill my cravings, but not that much. Wish me luck on the hard part. Month 2.
MONTH 1: OVER.
Day 28: 🌶️ i did 10 minute cardio plus this video! Hard-
Day 29: 🌶️💋 Only this. Punishing myself with too much cardio i needed a break from that- 😭🤚 jk it just was rlly late at night and i had no time. This was really hard today, i could barely push through
Day 30: 🕸️ i tried a 9 minute cardio workout, 3 minutes= 1 round, i could only push through 2 rounds. I had football today tho, and i did this workout
Day 31: felt very insecure, had a horrible day, i skipped it. Also lemon water is a game changerrrr!!

Small update!: i wanted to improve a bit, and i stopped working out to test out other options, im still gonna do this twice a week on abs day!

I’ll show how my experience goes
Starting weight: 201 lbs
(I am also doing the keto diet, walking at least three miles a day, and the thirty day plank challenge for anyone who is wondering)
Day one: Not too hard and it went by surprisingly fast
Day two: A little harder because I was slightly soar from day one.
Day three: a little bit easier than yesterday
Day four: It was harder today, my face is red 😂😂
Day five: Half way there!!! 🥳🤩😂👍😁
Day six: it’s getting easier to push through the whole thing
Day seven: DONE ✅
Day eight: Almost there, I’m seeing a difference in my weight and stomach
Day nine: Finished ✅
Day ten: DONE 🥳🥳
Ending weight: 196
I can really see a difference in my stomach too!!!

IM SHOOK BY THE RESULTS
Beginning waist cm: 78 cm
Day one: That was difficult!
Day two: Your right my "core is on fire"
Day three: ngl today was the hardest so far but I pushed through
Day four: A lot easier today only took one few second break
Day five: Didn't take any breaks!
Day six: today I was a bit tired but the workout was manageable.
Day seven: Feeling good today
Day eight: Zero breaks and actually enjoyed todays workout :)
Day nine: Almost there :D
Day ten!:Finished!!!

Doing this for 10 days
Day one: ✅- it did hurt/burn but I didn’t stop
Day two: ✅- pretty easy but the last one still burns (I think I saw progress already?)
Day three: ✅ I really didn’t want to workout today but I still did it😊
Day four: ✅once again didn’t feel like doing it but still did it
Day five: ✅ I woke up and my body looked good 🥰
Day six: ✅ my shorts are looser❤️ I felt drained today but I’m the middle of this workout I got a energy boost 😊
Day seven: ✅ when I woke up I saw such a big difference
Day eight: ✅ felt very lazy but did it
Day nine: ✅ did it 2 times! Seeing results
Day ten!!:✅ I’m still going to continue doing this workout but I’m happy with the results and I look slimmer and have more of an hourglass shape. My crop top looks so good on me!!

Trying this again because this really helps! Haven’t done it in a couple days so I feel like it will burn more!

I feel like I can see some more definition in my abs area! Keep in mind I am on a calorie deficit diet, but I definitely can see some results and feel more defined and toned ❤️
