I wasn’t going to do anything but walk today and then this video popped up on my home screen and made me realize I can put aside 5 minutes for a quick arm work out and feel SO much better about myself. I love these practical and accessible workouts! ❤

I have found out that i usually cant do 25-30m workout videos as hole but o find my self doing 30m of workout anyway by doing a bunch of 5m-10m workout. Since its much easier to motivation myself to doing a 5m workout than a 30m one

I started doing your workouts on and off during COVID -- for arms, I was doing the 15 min arm workout with no equipment (you in a blue bra and shorts set). Then I found this workout around a year ago, and I bought myself 5lb weights. Then 8lb weights. And today I did it using 10lb weights. I wasn't taking fitness super seriously, more like a "I need to work out to feel good" thing, but it was kinda nice to occasionally think, hey, this workout is... a little easy. Time to level up! See you at 15lb :)
