hii everyone! super quick 5 minute arm burn you have no excuses for this one!! so quick but still burns! if you want to challenge yourself further you can do this by adding arm weights :)

today I realised that your workouts make feel happier and grateful for myself, music is not too loud, it’s light and calming, everything is mindful, every movement is controlled, itʼs not too fast or hitting, and after your workout (even this short), i feel proud of myself, i believe in myself and i encourage myself. no more hating, despair, offence to myself. it turns out to be a fancy engagement to me, not a punishment for my body. hope these workouts will help me to get my body toned and gain mobility, especially with almost 1 year gap, but i’m truly thankful for this kind of involvement that gives me a positive attitude towards myself ❤

Finally found a Pilates class I love! I like the music you choose—pleasing, light, not too fast or too loud. I don't like loud music that makes my heart race and makes me feel unwell. Your channel is just what I need! I hope I can sculpt a fine figure doing this. Thank you!

These 5 min workouts are perfect… you feel the burn (and the next day!) and enable me to be consistent and do one daily! Love it 🤍

Literally going to do this everyday this week and try to do it everyday (and pairing it with Chloe Ting’s 20 minute workout challenge) before Aug 31st, which is my friends wedding that I’m a bridesmaid in 💪🏻

Throughout this was so great to have a goal for the day, even if it was for 5 minutes. My arms feel strong, and as I’ve been doing a lot of plank exercises with Chloe Ting, I’m finding that my arms don’t feel tired/heavy but instead light when I do up up down downs. I also feel like they’ve toned up ever so slightly as well. Thanks, Lidia! For the month of September I’m going to find another 5 minute arms video to keep up with, but this will be in my rotation for sure!!!

day1: gave up at 3rd exercise. will be back in the evening. edit : i was not back.

day2 : did it completely except shoulder taps cuz I'm bit heavy for that. the burn hasn't set in yet but I'm sure I'll feel it through the day. Will be back tomorrow hopefully!
