I been doing these everyday, as well as the 5 min chest work out, 10 min bicep arm-workout, and the 5 min blast dumbbell work out . I started these the beginning of June and i can see major improvements in my arms and my chest for 3 weeks so far . You have to be dedicated and be on a healthy diet if you wanna see improvements. Really recommend it ! will be back by the end of June to let y’all know more !

I’ve never worked out cause I feel embarrassed of my body, now that I’m in quarantine I’m trying these out, it’s so hard I couldn’t do half of them but I’m determine to get these done my 30 days start today I hope I can make it work out!

As a teenage gymnast, I loved this arm workout. It's hard getting good workout videos for gymnasts while at home, and this video is not only fun doing, but it is also working.

I remember about 8 months ago I couldn't do a single pushup because I was too underweight. Now I commit to 30-50 everyday. I know I have a long way to go, but I am just proud and secure of my current progress. :)
