Day 1(Jan10th): Tiring lol

Day 2(Jan 11th): Getting the hang of it

Day 3(Jan 12th): Feeling sore but gotta keep going

Day 4(Jan 13th): Still sore but I am seeing a little changes

Day 5(Jan 14th): My arms are looking pretty good still gonna do the exercises

Day 6(Jan 15th): Seeing good changes, going to keep doing the exercises until January 23rd! *i will actually keep updating this and letting you guys know :)*

Day 7 (Jan 16th): my arms are getting slimmer and skinny, i will keep doing this exercise until the 23rd!

Day 8 (Jan 17th): my arms are a little sore but they are still slim and skinny! i will keep doing this until Jan 23rd!

Day 9 (Jan 18th): my arms are really sore because i did push ups before doing this lol, but they are still the same which I am very happy! i will keep doing this until the 23rd lol! anyways have a blessed day/night also happy MLK day!

Day 10 (Jan 19th): my arms still kinda the same I see them getting a little bit more skinny but i am very happy. i will keep doing this until the 23rd! so do not forget lol. *also just know that to never give up and push yourself remember i luv u guys 🖤🫂* have a blessed day/night ☁️🤍

Day 11th (Jan 20th): i am very tired but oh well i did it without taking breaks! keep motivating yourself ladies. i am seeing a little more changes on my arms then yesterday but i am very happy :). just also know to never give up and push yourself remember I love you guys! 🫂🖤 anyways have a blessed night/day you lovely people! ☁️🤍

Day 12th (Jan 21st): my arms are getting more slimmer then yesterday, i’m so freaking happy!! i’m going to keep updating you ladies on the 23rd. I will still be doing this workout but i will just stop updating on the 23rd. I have been getting really amazing results. Day 14th (Jan 23rd): my arms are a little sore after finishing this workout but i am still happy with my arms. Day 15th (Jan 24th): my arms are starting to get less sore but i’m seeing my arms get more slimmer and not flappy at all! I recommend doing this for a month and not 2 weeks because it has helped me and it can help you lovely people to if you push yourself everyday to do this workout. i enjoy updating and letting you guys know how my experience was with this exercise!! just also know to never give up and push yourself remember I love you guys! 🫂🖤 anyways have a blessed night/day you lovely people! ☁️🤍

Day 16th (Jan 25th): hey luvs, i finished the workout and my arms are really toned and slim. i am so obsessed with them and very much grateful! i have to keep it short today but you ladies can do this. Day 17th (Jan 26th): i wasn’t able to workout, there was a storm where i live at and my phone was not working, i’m so sad that i wasn’t able to workout. But i thank God that me, my family and everyone that lives by me are safe from the storm last night. I’ve been doing for 4 months and my arm is getting smaller now. On January 5th, my arm was around 28.7cm. Now my arm is 24.1cm. I feel more confident than before. Thank you Lena for this amazing workout.

i can't express how grateful i am for your tutorials. a little over 2 years ago, i got put on a medication. it helped me with my mood, but it made me gain 60 pounds. i didn't look like myself, and i felt depressed and sad and helpless. i decided i wanted to start working out. your tutorials helped me so much. i lost all of the weight i had gained, and i am so glad i found these videos by you. they were so helpful and i look like myself again. If you get tired and want to give up just clear your mind and think of all complements that you will get and how you will look at how confident you will feel and then the time gets shortened and then it’s done good luck for anybody trying to lose weight this literally helped me so much and I love it 💞
