I was a skinny 13-year-old who had skinny arms and couldn't even do 1 pull up. but now after 1 month of doing this exercise 3 times a week I have a bicep vein and can do 5 pull ups. so, thank you Bully Juice so much.

Gonna try doing this 6x a week for 4 weeks. I am also doing a 15min run on the treadmill 6x a week
Day 1: ✅️ arms and run
Day 2: ✅️ arms and run
Day 3: ❌️
Day 4: break
Day 5: ✅️ arms and run
Day 6: ❌️
Day 7: ❌️

Week 2 🎉
Day 8: ✅️ arms and run
Day 9: ✅️ arms and run
Day 10: ✅️ arms and run
Day 11: ✅️ arms and run. I can do the overhead extensions (right) easier now without as much help from my other hand but I still need help on my left overhead extension. Hope to do them later without help. We will see.
Day 12: ✅️ arms and run
Day 13: 🟨 arms workout completed. I didn't do the 15min run but I did play tennis for 1hr and burned 404 calories. I usually burn 130 calories when I do the run.
Day 14: rest

Week 3 🔥🔥🔥 09/09/24
Day 15: 🟨 did arms workout and played tennis for 1hr and burned 645 calories.
Day 16: ❌️
Day 17: ✅️ arms and run plus tennis 🎾. I noticed a bigger bump on my arms when doing the overhead extensions. This is definitely working, slowly but surely.
Day 18: ✅️ arms and run
Day 19:❌️
Day 20:❌️
Day 21:❌️

Week 4 🔥🔥
Day 22: ❌️ left the country on Friday but came back today.
Day 23: ✅️ arms and run
Day 24: ✅️ arms and I completed the running challenge yesterday 🔥🔥🔥
Day 25: ✅️ I can do both the right and left overhead extensions without help now! 😆
Day 26: ✅️

As a guy that never takes his shirt off.. I have been doing this workout for about 2 months and never even decided to look in the mirror to see if i’ve gained any muscle.. And wow i didn’t even realize i gained that much muscle! I actually look decent now

This is awesome. I do this 5 min. And the other one during my 2 breaks & lunch WFH. I use 9lb dumbbells. It’s easy for me to follow, you get straight to the point and that’s what I need/require.
