Join me for a 5 minute BARRE ARMS WORKOUT moving to the beat ♫ of the music! You can do this workout once or TWICE through for an extra challenge. We'll be toning up through our shoulders and arm muscles. All you need is a set of light dumbbells between 2-5 pounds. There will be no breaks in today's workout with 10 moves for 30 seconds each. YES to more beat on the music workouts! So many YouTube instructors are all over the place with the music, so you have to make sure to be watching the screen the whole time and sometimes they speed up or slow down and it's just very distracting. This made it easier to focus on the actual movements themselves.
