If you are looking for a quick arm workout that gives you long, lean, toned arm muscles, this is it! All you need is 2 pound weights and a great 4-5 minute song. I did it twice weekly
And lost 4 cm in my upper arm
I used 1.5kg weight

Guys - I literally did this pretty much every day for a month and my arms LITERALLY changed and suddenly everyone was commenting about how much thinner I looked. I do not know this chick at all but am a full blown BELIEVER of her vids now and do them religiously. LOVE YOU ANNIE! Keep making these videos and keeping us feeling and looking good! :)

Thought to myself, “well I don’t have weights at all so I will have to wait until I go to the store and buy some” and then I called myself out. No. No more excuses. Can of cranberry sauce in my left hand, old bottle of Vitamin Water filled with water on the right. No more excuses.

Update! I can see lines of definition emerging in my arms. Yay!

We’re all quarantined so no excuses ladies and gents! We can do this! UPDATE: It’s been 2 months and IT WORKS!!!! My arms are leaner and the cellulite is slowly fading away. I did this 4 and sometimes 5 times a week and I even slacked off and didn’t do it at all for 2 weeks lol (oops) I still got a ways to go but this is a very very effective and easy workout! Hope we all have a wonderful rest of the year!!

Although this video was 5 years ago.. I started working on myself so so much recently, and I’ve been doing these arm workouts for the past 4 days and I’m already seeing a slight difference, and I can’t express how many times I wanted to rest my arms thru out this workout, it really burns a lot but thank u so much for this amazing video!
