Often times a long workout is intimidating, but I can usually get myself to do 5 minutes. By the end I am ready to do more. This was perfect, Maddie, thank you :)

Finally made it without stopping while using weights!!! Very proud even if this is just beginners. Im incredibly lacking in any body strength so this is a major improvement.

i did this for 1 month 5 times a week as additional exercise after my cardio in the end and i can totally see the changes on my arms shape. it's easy and quick for extra exercise because i so wanna have toned arms. Thanks MadFit

Hi Maddie, you were recommended by a friend, today was my first day (used 3lb weights). My 70 year young former dancer body is saying thank you! I also appreciate that the music is truly in the background.

Thanks a million, Maddie! I haven't worked out in about 2 years. I got majorly depressed. This is a great workout to start. Just finished this arm workout and now eating my oatmeal with cinnamon, jaggery and green apples. We got this everyone!

Thank you so much!! I had a blood clot in my arm last year, and was cleared to workout again recently. I was told that as long as I'm active and drink water, it shouldn't bother me again. I just found this exercise video, and I'm definitely going to be using these exercises to keep myself healthy and strong. I love all of your dance videos too!! I feel like I have a workout buddy, and it's a lot more fun! :)

I’ve made this routine a regular part of my upper-body exercise days. Always do this one after whichever upper-body workout I choose. Gives me an extra burn! 💪🏻

Since I started doing core exercises with Madfit (5 times a week) I stopped having problems with my lower back (it would block and hurt for days). The fact that I don't have to worry about another surprise pain attack is an enormous game changer in my life. Thank you for creating friendly and super effective content!
