Try this 5 minute toned arms challenge! You can use a light set of dumbbells OR household objects like water bottles or canned food. The goal is to not drop your arms the entire 5 minutes. Designed to tone and strengthen the arms, shoulders, and back!

Wow this was definitely a challenge! I felt the burn when doing the "C" shape exercises. It was so tempting to drop my arms! I just kept listening to your reminders to breathe through it and that's what I did! I got through it! My arms and shoulders feel like Jell-O haha 😅 This is such a great routine for toning the arms and building strength in the back body and shoulders. Thanks so much for this!!!

So, I decided to start doing this. I said “oh 5 minutes! That’s nothing”. I take that all back!!!! This little 5 minute video had me cussing, crying and I felt defeated. It proved without a doubt, how unfit I was. I hated this video so much, I tried it again! The first try took me 10 mins.of crying and cussing and pausing. The second time took me about 8 minutes. I felt the burn in my arms. I got so mad everytime you said push thru the burn. I yelled at the tv! Lml but you know what, I will be back every damn day until I could do this 5 minute exercise within the 5 minutes. It burnt and hurt like hell but it felt good. Thank you for this!

Well Guys listen up, this is one of the finest arm workouts I have ever came across. This one is fire for biceps, after doing this for 2-3 weeks my biceps became hard as rock . I never expected to have such strong arms, it's literally amazing ❤🎉

I've been doing this workout since December. Today is 18-Jan-2023 and it's the first time I did it without stopping. I'm so proud of myself, I almost cried.

This workout really builds strength. When I started I struggled to get through it with no weights, a few weeks in I was able to use 2 lb weights for most and eventually all of the workout. Today I upgraded to 3 lb!!

Absolute killer. Harder to push through without dropping my arms than an full body workout I’ve done😂

I love this so much! I’ve been doing it every single day since early Feb and I’ve definitely seen results. My only complaint is that there isn’t anything that targets the triceps. Can you do a 5 minute arm challenge that incorporates more triceps? You’re amazing 😘
