So when I saw this I tried it!! I am 71 years old. I had the “ chicken skin”. I tried this and felt the burn the 1st time. I kept it up for a week and saw such an improvement in the sculpting of my arms, that I continued . I stopped doing the 15 minute get rid of bat wings exercise also on another video with a 5lb weight. I have done this daily, truthfully missed a few times and now have people asking HOW I got my GUNS. The shoulder is sculpted as well as the sides of upper arms and a nice bicep bump to boot. I have started using a 2 lb weight in each hand on all but the last 2 moves. Incredible!!! I have passed this on to others…Stay with it, and add a small weight( bottle of water?) and use for as many as you can. Thanks to the one who put this here….😊

Thank you! Due to 6 shoulder surgeries, shoulder replacement, & my clavicle being cut & never healing right, I can not do weights at all, and with PBC& PSC, I have muscle loss and I waa looking for weight less & plankless exercises for my arms. A lot of your videos have some stuff I can do so starting my program soon.

I loathe exercises which involve impact. I am not particularly lazy. I do not mind running in place. These look great and I like being able to convince myself that 5-minutes is nothing. I will do some of your workouts before I hit the hay. Thank you for your service.
