When I was 165 lbs and 25. My trainer had me do 130lb dumbells for ten reps to show me that my 80lb mindset was holding me back. The whole gym full of bodybuilders exploded when I finished.

Yeah good exercises but the flat bench targets lower chest and there is no such thing as middle chest area the chest is mainly two heads the upper and lower those two are the only ones you need to train

I would probably lift 120, but at age 36 and fckd elbows I go slow and pump my chest with 70-90 lbs.

bro I'm hitting 2 sets of 70s 2 sets of 75s and 1 set of 80s on incline dumbbell bench and i can bench 225 i can do 75 solid pushups but i don't have a big chest yet
