Straight facts. So many guys’ physiques (including mine) lack upper chest definition and it can get out of control and look man tittyish. All three of these exercises allow for a really good stretch at the bottom of the motion and a lot of tension down there too, which I’ve noticed has contributed significantly to my own progress not just in chest, but all other areas too. That stretch seems really important

This is all you need for chest too! You don't gotta do 12 different exercises for chest day. As long as you keep these three, your chest will blow up without the risk over working your chest and hindering your gains. I personally do barbell flat and incline bench at least once a week though because my goals are a bit different

I feel like weighted dips have done more for my chest size than flat bench ever has tbh. Bench is irreplaceable tho so I alternate them as my main movers each push day with some incline work

Straightening you arms at the end of flies helps to put more tension on the chest, then bend them on the way back, you had it kinda backwards but you are the expert so maybe ur doing it like that for a reason lol

At least he’s giving y’all real tips that work. Converging Chest press and load inc/Dec press are prob the strongest all around options for wide muscle tension and growth
