i do farmer's walk and deadlifts and that has made my forearms jacked. You don't need these exercises to build them, heavy lifting, grip strength testing exercises will do the job.

Did this for years and had decently strong forearms, then I started climbing and found that this does nothing for grip strength and endurance 😂

You don't really need to do these unless you really want to. Indirect workouts help a lot

Handstand push ups while using hands and fingers squeezing to stabilize like you feet and calves do gives you wonderful grip strength and larger forearms.

Also... focus on keeping your arm straight because this will focus more on forearm muscles [both extensors (on top), and flexor (on bottom].. and I have a specific way of doing Zottman curls to help too... nice discussion!!!

Wrist curls have definitely helped me with my deadlifts. I can hook grip 485 easily, once you start doing 20+ curls with 60s you will see what I mean.
