Here’s my full leg routine to help me add size to my legs! You can do this either at home (if you have the equipment) or at the gym. I personally do this 2x a week since the volume is relatively high.

Here's the full workout:
1. Heavy barbell squats - 3x5
2. Squats - 3x8-10
3. Light squats - 1x20
4. Romanian deadlifts - 4x12
5. Leg extensions - 4x15
6. Leg curls - 4x15
7. Bulgarian split squats - 4x15 each leg
8. Cable pull throughs - 4x12

This is almost exactly how I do my own leg day, the only difference is I do barbell hip thrust instead of cable pull through. High five bro, leg day is the best

I once did this routine, but it wasn’t strength or hypertrophy focused. In fact I was doing research for how it must have felt to have polio once the DOMS set in.

Just gotta say thank you man I've been using that 3 sets of 5 and 2 sets of 10 and adding an extra set of 10 for all my compound lifts and dude I've gotten so damn strong thank you bro 🤘🏻

This is some crazy volume my guy... Personally i would rather maybe do a little less volume of only legs in one day, but then do it more times a week so i get the same total volume work

Just did this at home. Did reverse nordic instead of leg extensions and hip thrusts instead of pull-throughs. Absolutely loved it! I may be masochistic but I actually really really like the total volume of squats. I have been working on my form for the past 4 months pretty hard, and have seen massive improvements. This way I get to get neaurotechnical improvements at the start of my workout then absolutely destroy my legs with all the volume! Thanks!!
