Join me for a 15 minute full body pilates workout taught in real time for a strong core, flatter tummy, great muscle tone, and flexibility so you feel strong and at ease with your body.

Do you want to see real change in your health and wellbeing but time is an issue? Well I have something special just for you. I have created a series of extremely effective 15 Minute Core workouts called Pilates Moves Me. Todays's session is the matwork section, you need no props at all, just your mat or a soft rug to cushion your back.

I recommend you do this routine three to four times a week for six weeks and you will see and feel a difference. Not only in flatter abs but also a stronger more flexible body with great posture. And don't you deserve that?!

Thanks, Rachel, this was perfect for a 15 minute workout. I wanted to ask you if you could do a tutorial on how to do roll ups? I consider myself to be fit but I can’t do them without jolting myself up to get the momentum. You make it look so easy! I can hold a plank for 3 minutes but I can’t do this. What should I be doing to build up to doing this move? Thanks! 😊🌻 I also want to add that I feel amazing after doing this workout! I had a sore back this morning and now it’s gone 😊❤️

Hi Rachel, thank you for these workouts, really enjoying them. These 15 minute pilates moves me are just right for every morning. Roll ups beyond me but I do something else while you're doing those. 65 years old and only been doing pilates for one year, I'm a convert! You're brilliant! Keep it up! x

I did this earlier and enjoyed the faster pace (time is always an issue!) but your slower paced videos, Rachel, are good for learning technique.

Thank you Rachel. I am loving the 15 minute work outs although the floor exercises are hard for me. I also like your work outs for the 60+ I think I have become hooked which I guess is not a bad thing.

I love everything even the roll up but even with a resistant band I lift up my legs. Work in progress. ❤😂😊

I have several of your videos linked on my iPad but only found this series of 4 yesterday, 6.2.21. I have enjoyed the first one, with a good mix of exercises. Now onto the second one. Excellent thank you Rachel. 🏆😊
