15 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout | At home | No equipment

Join me for a 15 minute full body pilates workout taught in real time for a strong core, flatter tummy, great muscle tone, and flexibility so you feel strong and at ease with your body.
Do you want to see real change in your health and wellbeing but time is an issue? Well I have something special just for you. I have created a series of extremely effective 15 Minute Core workouts called Pilates Moves Me. Todays's session is the matwork section, you need no props at all, just your mat or a soft rug to cushion your back.
I recommend you do this routine three to four times a week for six weeks and you will see and feel a difference. Not only in flatter abs but also a stronger more flexible body with great posture. And don't you deserve that?!
